The Tier 0 set is an armour set consisting of items dropped by the bosses of various max-level dungeons, including Stratholme and LBRS. The Priest's set is known as the Vestments of the Devout.

The first notable armour you'll come across in WoW Classic are the Tier 0 sets, which are better known as T0. The Priest's T0 set is called the Vestments of the Devout and is designed with the Discipline and Holy specs in mind.
