More than 50 free-to-play games are

Normally, Xbox users would need an Xbox Live Gold membership to use certain features, such as playing online. However, as part of some previously announced plans for the future, this has changed today.

Now players can enjoy more than 50 free-to-play online titles without having a subscription. The catalog includes some of the most popular video games right now, like Warzone, Apex Legends and Fortnite.
