Microsoft seems busy implementing new and exciting changes to the Xbox online infrastructure. Apart from the recent announcement of Xbox Network, it looks like Xbox Live Gold will also receive modifications.

Xbox Insiders, members of the program that allow users to try features before release, are already testing a new addition that would not longer ask for an Xbox Live Gold account in order to play online in free-to-play titles. Also, Microsoft is considering making Party Chat and Looking 4 Groups features available for everyone.
