After a long season of twists and turns — and a switch to 2-2-2 that has turned everything upside down — it is now time to close the season with Postseason Playoffs, that will see the best teams in the league compete against each other. To be able to join the Top 6, teams from top 7 to top 12 competed to win one of the two places given them a chance to win the Overwatch League Season 2. Plus, the new Overwatch hero, Sigma, was available all through the end of the season which has allowed the meta to evolve considerably.
Finally, Seoul Dynasty and London Spitfire finished in the Top 8 of the regular season after winning their games against Shanghai Dragons and Guangzhou Charge.
