Officially announced yesterday, update 11.30 will be deployed anytime soon in Fortnite. It was via the Twitter Fortnite Status account that the information was confirmed. Epic Games announced that the patch required maintenance during which the game would be unavailable.
Servers are now available and you can play the game once you have completed the download.
Dataminers promise leaks during maintenance, which indicates that it'll be a content patch — probably the Christmas one. Update 11.30 was seen as the monthly source of content in Fortnite — in this period of no new release and with an extended season of nearly two months.
You'll also have to keep an eye on the stars after this patch: Fortnite x Star Wars will be back on Saturday morning from Risky Reels' cinema. Perhaps this update will provide more information on the full content of this collaboration.
