Typhon is not part of our crew, but we are very interested in him for this guide. Indeed, in Borderlands 3, this new character left Logs and a hiding place with, in general, good loot and even legendary weapons in each of the game's areas. Follow this guide to find out all the locations of the recordings and access each of the Typhon hiding places you've probably already found, but it was then written: Blocked.
Typhon Logs
In all areas of the game (except for small areas, such as a boss card or tutorial), there are 3 Typhoon Logs. This dear Mr. Typhoon left behind echo recordings as proof of his passage. He will not tell you anything transcendent. However, listening to the 3 recordings of an area, unlocks Typhon's hiding place and reveals its location on the map. Discover all the locations planet by planet, thanks to the guides below.
Typhon's hiding places (dead drops)
There is one per zone, exactly as for Logs. To unlock it, it is enough to have listened to the 3 recordings of Typhon present in the area. Once this is done, you will see the cache on your map, it will appear in green with the same icon as the capture below. Once in front of the trunk, open it and enjoy. Typhon caches contain loot from all rarities, even legendary ones, for the luckiest. You can choose to open them as soon as possible to improve your efficiency in combat or wait until you reach level 50, in Mayhem 3 activated mode, to optimize your loot as much as possible. As you will have understood, Typhon caches can only be opened once per character, regardless of the level of difficulty.
This is what a Typhon hiding place looks like on the map and in the game:
