Capcom pushes on with its content roadmap for Monster Hunter Stories 2, with Update 3 coming in just a couple of days.
Velkhana is going to have some competition at the top of the monstie treee, with two of the three new monsties making use of ice -- Oroshi Kirin and Elderfrost Gammoth.
The third monstie to be added is the Soulseer Mizutsune, which is water-based. Although some Monster Hunter World: Iceborne players would likely have preferred the Namielle, the Mizutsune is a welcome addition to the roster.

There are various bugfixes as part of the update, including a terrifying bug that could cause a sparring partner and their monstie to go from level 99 to level 1.
There's no date yet for the Dreadking Rathalos and Molten Tigrex update, which also includes the High Difficulty Kulve Taroth co-op quest.
