This year in FUT 20, EA Sports has packed its Winter Refresh event with not only an update of player ratings, but also a team available in packs. Winter-themed OTWs will surely follow at a later date.
Winter Refresh players
What would the Winter Refresh be without updated ratings? The 50 players that improved the most worldwide have received upgrades in their regular cards.
Upgraded cards
This means the players in question will have two regular cards in the game — and if you had the old version, it will not be upgraded. You'll have to buy the new form on the market or get it from a pack.
On the other hand, if the player has one or more special cards (e.g. Player of the Week), these will be updated automatically according to certain conditions.
If the regular score of the player exceeds or equals the general score of one of these special cards after its upgrade, then the special card will be increased by the equivalent number of points.
The twenty-second team of the week (TOTW) has been revealed by EA Sports. Sergio Ramos (91) Mbappé (93), Ben Yedder (87), De Jong (87) and De Vrij (87) all feature.
