Four tough opponents stand between you and the ultimate battle, the second of which is Bertha.

When it comes to facing the Elite Four, you're going to have to use your full team. It's a big step up from the Gyms, which you can easily stomp, and Elite Four Pokémon are all going to be above level 50.

As such, it's worth taking the time to train your Pokémon, teach them moves via TM, and generally try to have a spread of types in your party.

Bertha is less diverse than Aaron when it comes to ger Pokémon, but they are incredibly tanky. Hippowdon has some very strong and varied moves, while Quagsire can inflict Poison, hit you hard with Earthquake, and heal itself.

Sudowoodo, Golem, and Whiscash are no joke, either.

Quagsire

Level 55

Water and Ground

Quagsire is immune to Electric. Favor Grass moves.

Sudowoodo

Level 56

Rock

Favor Grass, Water, Fighting, Ground, or Steel moves.

Golem

Level 56

Rock and Ground

Grass and Water are super effective. Ice, Fighting, Ground, and Steel moves also work.

Whiscash

Level 55

Water and Ground

Favor Grass as a priority, and avoid Electric moves at all cost.

Hippowdon

Level 59

Ground

Favor Grass, Water and Ice moves. Avoid Electric, as Hippowdon is immune.

Make sure you heal up and save your game following the fight, and prepare to face Flint.
