After you've beaten the Pokémon League and become Champion in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, a whole wealth of content opens up, including Ramanas Park.
To unlock this area, you need to have completed the Sinnoh Pokédex. Speak to Professor Rowan after you've registered all 150 Pokémon to upgrade to the National Pokédex. To log the Legendary you don't have (Dialga or Palkia), speak to Cynthia's grandmother in Celestic Town.
You can then go hunting for Eevee!
Where can Eevee be found on Pokémon Diamond and Pearl?
You won't find Eevee in the tall grass like regular Pokémon. In fact, there are only three ways you can obtain one:
- In the Pokémon Mansion's Trophy Garden. Speak to the Director to learn which Pokémon are appearing that day, of which Eevee can be an option.
- Speak to Bebe in Hearthome City, after obtaining the National Dex. She'll give you an Eevee at level 5.
- Breed an Eevee obtained above with a Ditto.
How to Evolve Eevee in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl
There are seven evolutions for Eevee. Here's how you can access them all.
Evolutionary Stones can be dug up in the Grand Underground, but there are also some found on the various Routes.
For the Moss Rock, fly to Floaroma Town and head north on Route 205 to Eterna Forest. Go directly north from the entrance, then west.
For the Ice Rock, head south from Snowpoint City, through Acuity Lakefront, onto Route 217. Work your way around the static trees, past two trainers, and you'll find the rock in the tall grass here.
However, you won't be able to complete the full set of Eeveelutions, as Sylveon wasn't released until Generation IV (X & Y).
