It's been a week since Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl released on Nintendo Switch, and the remakes are proving popular!
As a reward, players can now claim Shiny statues of all three Generation IV starters - Chimchar, Piplup, and Turtwig - to display in their Secret Bases.
Here's how to get them.
How to claim Mystery Gifts in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl
First of all, you must have unlocked the Mystery Gift feature within Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
Luckily for you, we already have a guide to doing just that!
The Mystery Gift menu is an important feature in modern Pokémon games, and essential to obtaining special Pokémon and other items. Here's how to unlock it in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
Once that's done, launch your game and press X to bring up the Menu.
Select Mystery Gift in the bottom right.
Select the Get with Code/Password option, then enter the following:
BDSPUNDERGR0UND
The password uses a zero instead of the letter 'o' - so be careful!
You'll then be able to select the statues to receive.
Remember, displaying statues in your Secret Base isn't just decorative -- they also boost the chances of seeing particular Pokémon types in the Underground Hideaways!
