For a limited time, the two legendary birds will be back on Pokémon GO. At the end of January, you'll be able to battle and catch Latias and Latios.

Pokemon GO: Latias and Latios return in Raid for a special Weekend event!

A special Raid Weekend event is coming soon on Pokémon GO. Latias and Latios, the legendary Pokémon, will be available for a Raid Weekend from Friday, January 24, 2020 at 1:00 p.m until Monday, January 27, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT −8)

Latios and Latias

These are five-star raids. Both Pokémon will be available in their shiny version.

You'll need Dragon and Psychic type Pokémon such as Dragon (like Rayquaza), Ice, Bug, Ghost or Fairy-type to beat them easily. So don't hesitate to bring your Tyranitar, Togekiss, and Mamoswine.

Trade evolution comes to Pokémon GO!

As with other games of the franchise, you can now evolve your creatures by trading them in Pokémon GO. Here's a list of Pokémon that you can trade with your friends.
