Finally, a demo of the upcoming Final Fantasy VII Remake is available on the PlayStation Store.
With just over a month before the release of the long-awaited remake of the PlayStation classic, players can get to grips with the opening chapter of the game, covering the Mako Reactor #1 section of the game. It is the same demo that has been doing the rounds at events over the past year.
The demo had been widely speculated upon on forums, social media, and PlayStation communities, with some pointing to a March 3 release. Now, that has proved to be true.
To download the demo, simply go to the PlayStation Store page for Final Fantasy VII Remake on your PS4, and then choose the option to download the demo on the right of the page.
Alternatively, you can download the demo from your PC by following these links:
- US PlayStation Store
- UK PlayStation Store
The demo weighs in at 7.59 GB.
Those who download the demo before May 11 will be able to download an exclusive PS4 theme showing the main party characters.
Final Fantasy VII: Remake is scheduled for release on April 10th, 2020, following a delay from its original release date.
