Remember that the Research Breakthrough encounter changes monthly on Pokémon GO. In May, you can therefore get Shinx each time you manage to collect 7 stamps on different days.

Pokemon GO: Shiny Shinx as May’s Research Breakthrough encounter

Last month, you could catch Alolan Exeggutor by making a series of 7 daily stamps on Pokémon GO. And for this month of May, Shinx is here! A chance for trainers because this Pokémon is rare and it will take a lot of candies to evolve it into Luxio then Luxray!

From Friday, May 1, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. to Monday, June 1, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT −7), the Flash Pokémon, Shinx, will be available as a Research Breakthrough encounter, and it’ll come with bonus Shinx Candies!

In addition, Shinx is available in shiny form!
