Runes

As an assassin, Rengar's role is to stalk opponents and execute the weak or lonely. While Electrocute might prove useful, the better option is Conqueror. This choice will give you a definite advantage in most skirmishes, if you manage to play around the bush cleanly.

Both Hunter - Vampirism in red and Hunter - Titan in green offer Rengar sustain, allowing you to get into a gank and out again pretty safely.

In blue, Pathfinder is perfect for a jungler like Rengar, both to farm camps quicker and travel between lanes.
