Runes
Senna is best used as an ADC in Wild Rift, thanks to the absence of adequate support items for her. The aim is to increase her strength over the course of the game through collecting souls.
Grasp of the Undying will proc incredibly easily, thanks to Senna's range, and is something that will offer sustain come the lategame.
In red, Gathering Storm helps turn you into a hyper carry, should the game go long. Meanwhile, Loyalty is great for ADCs who stick closely to their supports.
The Manaflow Band in blue stacks very quickly with Senna's kit, and is a low-risk option.

Tips & Tricks
- Since Senna is extremely slow at attacking normally, you should master using an auto then a skill to maximize your DPS. Auto Attack > Piercing Darkness > Auto Attack is a great way to dominate the lane through poke.
- Piercing Darkness has good range, but needs a nearby target in order for it to be cast. Get used to using a ward, an ally, or an enemy minion as the middleman in your use of the skill to reach more distant enemies.
- Piercing Darkness can also be the difference in claiming neutral objectives such as dragons or Baron, as it can heal your whole team with intelligent positioning.
