Without any particular context, Gible has just entered Pokémon GO in its shiny form. It may have something to do with celebrating the game's new feature: Buddy Adventure.
Anyway, it's a very rare Pokémon and therefore difficult to find in the wild but you can especially get it in 10km eggs.
Of the Dragon and Ground types, it evolves into Gabite and then into Garchomp.
