It's not really surprising to see an Asian country censoring content that's deemed inappropriate. For instance, Evelynn's original outfit had been changed on the League of Legends PCS servers so less of her skin was visible.
In the same logic, the Chinese authorities decided to censor several champion splashart of Wild Rift, LoL's upcoming mobile port. Although the changes are most of the time minimal, just like Jinx who's just getting a strip of fabric on her chest, some were deeply transformed. Janna and Miss Fortune, for instance, now have their tummies completely covered.
For Miss Fortune, the changes are more visible. Her hair now sports a more pronounced red and her bust is fully covered. For Shyvana, everything has been reviewed and corrected to hide the champion's skin.
If for the female champions the transformations are mainly focused on the sexy side of the characters in order to make them less suggestive, for the male champions, the changes are rather of the order of the design and do not fundamentally change the splasharts.
