Baldur's Gate 3 early access release date has been revealed by Swen of Larian Studios during the last Panel from Hell. The date is set for September 30, 2020 on PC and Stadia for the moment.
Early access content
The early access content will include the introduction in Avernus, the arrival in Faerun, the Underdark and a good part of the surface. We'll also be able to meet with famous characters like Volo.
There will be more than 20 hours of content, not to mention replayability.
Not all classes have been listed, but the Warrior, Rogue and Ranger have been confirmed. The 5 companions already presented will be those we'll meet during the early access. More classes, races and companions will be introduced throughout the early access.
The early access content will allow you to reach the level 4 only.
The early access content also includes over 80 potential battles, 146 spells, 596 characters and 45,980 lines of dialogue.
Note that it won't be possible to play multiplayer at the start, but the feature should be introduced quickly.
Baldur's Gate 3 will be available in early access for a while, as it'll allow the devs to analyse the stats and listen to the players feedback.
