Pokémon GO is three years old! Niantic's biggest hit is still one of the most lucrative mobile games in the world, and has maintained a consistent player base ever since its launch in 2016.
In celebration, trainers around the world will enjoy a series of in-game events and bonuses, starting June 28.
New Shiny Pokémon from June 28
Eight species of Pokémon will receive a brand new Shiny Form to mark the game's anniversary — and they're exclusively Alolan Pokémon!
Of course, this means you'll also be able to obtain their Shiny Evolutions!
Evolves into Alolan Raticate, who seems to have eaten a LOT.
Evolves into Alolan Sandslash, with a pointy head.
Evolves into Alolan Ninetales, a majestic Pokémon.
Evolves into Alolan Dugtrio, with its super stylish hair.
Evolves into Alolan Persian, which doesn't talk.
Evolves into Alolan Graveler, then Alolan Golem. Those brows..
Evolves into the very colourful Alolan Muk.

As with many major events in Pokémon GO, it is once again the talismanic Pikachu who takes the blame! T
The Electric-type Mouse Pokémon and its Baby Form will don an exclusive look for the event. You may just come across a Pikachu wearing a party hat when you take a GO Snapshot photo! Pichu will also be available in 7 km Eggs.
The celebrations will run from June 28 to July 6.

A perfect opportunity to get back into the game with friends!
New Special Research is available between June 28 and September 2, 2019, aimed at trainers at Level 10 or higher. It offers particularly attractive rewards if you play together with friends.
In Raid Battles, Premier Ball bonuses will be given, while the Stardust cost of trading Pokémon will be 25% less!
Also note that from June 28, the Shop will be enriched with new outfits for your avatar, in the style of Blanche, Candela and Spark — the three Team Leaders!
