Pokemon GO fans who attended the GO Fest in Chicago last month were the first in the world to encounter the Generation III Steel and Psychic-type Mythical Pokémon Jirachi — hands down a contender for cutest lil' monster in the entire game.*
Now, those heading to Dortmund's iconic Westfalenpark will also be able to get their hands on the Wish Pokémon, as confirmed by the official German Twitter account:
For Chicago attendees, the quest line was five stages long, and involved catching several different types of Pokémon, making friends and taking a whole lot of snapshots.
However, we can fully expect these quests to change once Professor Willow turns his attention to the rest of us.
Wish Pokémon
A legend states that Jirachi will make true any wish that is written on notes attached to its head when it awakens. If this Pokémon senses danger, it will fight without awakening.
The final GO Fest of the year takes place in Yokohama, Japan, in little over a month from now.
The conclusion of that event seems like the perfect time for this cute lil' Mythical Pokémon to be unleashed on non-Fest attendees, so we're holding our collective breath for more info from Professor Willow soon!
* Alongside the mighty Magikarp, of course.
Cranidos will be one of the primary Pokémon obtainable during the Dortmund GO Fest in July. It may also well be that its spawn rate increases worldwide throughout the event, which takes place July 4-7.
