While Pokemon GO Trainers participating in the Yokohama event will receive many rewards and bonuses, players from all over the world will also benefit — just as with the Dortmund GO Fest.
Between August 6-12, you will be able to perform Field Research to unlock certain bonuses, but you'll also have the chance to encounter Shiny Poliwag in the wild.
A special day of Suicune Raid Battles will take place on Saturday, August 17 — with the Legendary Pokémon also available in Shiny Form.

The difference between the two forms of Poliwag is that the blue is slightly lighter in Shiny Form.
The three Pokémon GO Fests allow Trainers to capture Jirachi, thanks to a Special Research Task given by Professor Willow.
As with every year, these missions will likely become available to Trainers worldwide shortly — giving us another Mythical Pokémon to add to our collections!
