You'll have to progress enough in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot in order to find the 7 crystal balls, but they will then offer you some interesting options via the summoning of the dragon Shenron who will grant a wish. Fulfilling enough wishes will also unlock various trophies listed below.
How to unlock the crystal balls
The dragon balls are unlocked at the end of the second chapter of the game, the Frieza saga. This will bring up on-screen tutorial that will explain how they work. At least you won't have to worry about whether or not you missed them.
Where to find the crystal balls
Now all we have to do is find the famous balls. The world map will display an orange crystal ball icon on the areas where one or more balls are located. It's important to note that the specific area and position of the balls changes for each player and each time. Therefore, there is no ready-made map with their position. Fortunately, they are displayed directly on the map of the area, which makes them simplistic to find, even if sometimes other icons may hide them a bit. You can add a custom waypoint on the map with X/Square, this will help you to guide you in flight.
How to make wishes
Go to the pause menu of the game, select the Dragon balls option, and then select your wish from the list. Once your wish is granted, the balls are randomly scattered on the map, and it will take 20 minutes in real time for them to become active again. You can then look for them again and make another wish.
Wish List
Unfortunately, the protagonists have a ridiculous lack of ambition and imagination:
- Fighting again against a boss in history, which will greatly increase his difficulty.
- Z-Orbs: You get many green, red and blue orbs.
- Wealth : A lot of money that allows you to buy materials from merchants.
- Rare Items: Rare components and items, some of which are required to build vehicles in the Cell saga.
