This machine, located near Capcule Corp, will allow you to go back in time to visit previously visited acts of Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, in search of the sub stories you have yet to complete. It's now been more than a month since the game was released, but Bandai Namco is finally coming out of its silence thanks to the Japanese twitter account dedicated to Dragon Ball games, announcing that the Trunks machine should be available later this month. As a reminder, the game's side quests are frozen in their acts and without cheking the map, it was very easy to miss them.
The patch 1.05 released last night does not contain the time machine, it will be integrated in the next update.
In addition to the basic rewards, the sub stories allow you to collect soul emblems, which are essential to the smooth running of the community boards. As for the rare ingredients gleaned from some of them, you'll be able to cook complete Chi-chi meals, which give your fighters definitive stats bonuses. Finally, these new content updates should result in a first scripted DLC which, according to the latest rumours, should feature Dragon Ball Super characters.
