It's time for a long series of boss fights in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, since you'll have to beat the whole commando if you want to reach Captain Ginyu. His henchmen aren't that impressive, but there's one passage in particular that might give you a problem: Goku will have to face Recoome, then Burter and Jeyce in a row, with the same life bar.
Guido
You will face this first boss with Son Gohan. A master of telekinesis, Guido can paralyse you: when he does that, use the support attacks wisely, it will also allow you to test the Z combo by pushing the colleague's gauge to the limit.
The boss also has the psycho satellite in his arsenal: these are blocks of stone that revolve around and are projected at you at full speed. Turn around him at full speed and you should have no problem dodging it. Finally, his charged psychokinesis attack will allow him to summon dozens of spikes at once: this attack doesn't cover enough ground to be really dangerous, head to a corner of the screen and wait for the attack to end before going to punish him properly.
Recoome
You will fight this boss twice in a row: once with Vegeta and once with Son Goku. Think about having a few potions before joining the rest of the band. Recoome has special attacks already seen elsewhere and shouldn't normally cause you too many problems.
When he gets angry, the camera switches to top view and asks you to dodge a whole rain of energy ball: keep the course on one side by stuffing the dodges and it should pass. Recoome's other dangerous attack is his cannon, which moves at 45°. Watch out for the red cone and change direction accordingly, or wait until it passes over you, then dodge it perfectly to counter it.
Burter and Jeice
These two bosses frankly don't have much for them: the biggest threat is finally what's left of your health after the fight against Recoome. If you're short of potions, this fight is still affordable if you know the basics of the game, since no special attacks really stand out. However, you must remain vigilant and remember to activate the Kaioken for a few seconds when you're sure there's an opening.
Ginyu and Jeice
Almost the same fight as before, only Captain Ginyu has much easier to counter attacks and has more special assaults than Burter. Be especially careful with milky attacks, which he prepares when a purple spike veil surrounds him. The procedure remains the same as it was 5 minutes ago: first you eliminate the big brute of the duo, then you'll take care of Jeice's victim.
