No big surprise for this side quest, available in the end game of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. Near Son Goku's house, the kooky cook will once again seek help, but only from Son Gohan. The process is exactly the same as in the "Frequently Attacked Villager" sub story.

Near from Son Goku's house, the kooky cook will again be in trouble. With Son Gohan as the main character, talk to the villager who will ask you for help. The fight against the Tennenman level 78 will begin.
The kooky cook will thank you for saving her life and also for the publicity you generate for her with the recipes she gives you. She'll reward you with a new recipe and some ingredients.
