Your goal in Biomutant is to free the Tree of Life so that the world you live in is free from pollution and other radioactive mutations. To do so, you will have to defeat the four World Eaters feeding on the Tree.

How to get the Googlide
You must first help Goop repair his Googlide. He's in Subnautica Station.
Follow the Skronk Salvage quest to find the boxes of materials and bring them back to Gloop. You will need to enter the sewage tunnel and complete the rotating puzzle. Charge your Klonkfist to open the door further.
Once you have helped Gloop, you will see that your goal has been updated to the direction of Glup. You now have the Googlide and can navigate the waters easily. Glup is located in sector 4E, just follow the river to get there.
How to summon the Googlide
Use the Vehicle option and select the Glop-Ski. The device will automatically land on the nearest liquid surface. Interact with it to get on it.
You'll need to find Googlide's crates to upgrade the it (especially its engine if you want to use it on rougher waters).
Glup will ask you to find Gumquack Hollow which is located a bit further in the water. Once you've killed a few enemies and solved a puzzle, you'll have to capture five Quacks with your net.
Go back to Goop with the Gumquacks, he'll give you infinite ammo for your Googlide.
It's time to go defeat the Porky Puff. Head for sector 2F, in the south-east of the map. You can get there from Glup's, by Googliding all the way. Just remember to avoid the green water areas.
Don't forget to save just before entering the Porky Puff den.
How to defeat Porky Puff easily
Porky Puff is located in the South-East of the map. He's about to destroy one of the roots of the tree of life. Enter the den on your Googlide to start the fight.
How to unlock the Boss achievement
In order to get the "That's Mine" trophy, you must detonate 3 bombs on the Porky Puff. Get close to the bombs and attach them to your grapple. Then take them under the creature to make them explode.
The different phases of Porky Puff
The Porky Puff will send you waves that you have to dodge repeatedly. Try to destabilize it by shooting the blisters on its legs: this will make it fall to the ground. More blisters will grow on its body: destroy them.
To protect itself, the creature will go under water: wait until it comes out to start shooting its legs again. Repeat the process until the World Eater is on dry land. Then follows a normal fight where you have to dodge the huge rocks it throws at you.
The Porky Puff is now defeated!
Of course, the Googlide is now yours and you will be able to use it in any water area of the world.
