Katarina is an assassin who deals magic damage, and whose role will be to clean up teamfights once started.
The Conqueror rune will allow you to shine in rather long teamfights, and to snowball cleanly from kill to kill.
In red, Triumph will enhance your abilities as a closer, and to play to your limits during skirmishes.
In green and blue, you can opt for the Hunter - Titan / Genie set without batting an eyelid. You will gain Tenacity and cooldown reduction, two major assets in resisting enemies and speeding up your combos.

Tips & Tricks
- With this build, Katarina relies slightly on her physical damage, especially at the start of the game. Remember to use your auto-attacks well when trading, and not just your spells.
- Katarina will often be a great threat to the opposing team, and as such will draw focus. Before entering a teamfight, make sure the main enemy CC abilities are on cooldown, or you risk being completely locked down.
