The year 2019 marked the beginning of the Lunar New Year celebrations in Hearthstone. The event will return on January 29 to celebrate the Year of the Rat. Players will surely have access to many legendary quests exclusive to the event, as well as a new exclusive Tavern Brawl.
Legendary Quests and Rewards
There will be a series of quests exclusive to the event, and players will (presumably) be able to collect large amounts of dust and gold.
In 2019, the full suite of quests paid off in total:
- 620 gold (almost one wing of Galakrond's Awakening).
- 620 dust
We'll just have to see what we get this year!
New Tavern Brawl: Lunar Blessings
Fortune smiles on you for this Lunar New Year! In this Tavern Brawl, you'll start by choosing a class and receive a random deck. Each class has a choice of three blessings: these upgrades will last the duration of the game and give you advantages. Make the right choice to find the animal that best fits your strategy!

Patch 16.2 arrived on January 21 and confirmed the release of the new Hearthstone single-player mode, Galakrond's Awakening. Two new heroes have also arrived in Battlegrounds, Tirion and Millhouse, as well as two new cards.
