Fall Guys Season 2 will land on October 8 across all media. Mediatonic today confirmed the good news on all of its social networks. Season 1 certainly ends on October 5 on paper, but the developers are offering a short extra time for anyone who hasn't yet completed their first Season Pass.
The amount of Fame (Seasonal XP) received in this short period of time will also be doubled on the games played. This should encourage you to push a bit in order to collect the cosmetics you were missing.
The themes of season 2 are a priori multiple. The Halloween vibe should clearly be felt there via cosmetics, but it's the medieval aspect of the season that is highlighted in the official sneak peek, which you can watch below.
The developers prefer to keep a part of surprise of course, and we do not yet know what sauce our Fall guys will be eaten during this S2. Here are the only things that were announced by the development teams:
- New rounds: new levels will appear, with obstacles and fresh mechanics.
- New customization options
- New appearances (some will be based on collaborations)
- Changed the party search lobby, where your premade allies will also appear
The implementation of this new season should give new impetus to the party game signed Mediatonic, which has shown a rather significant drop in speed in recent weeks. Despite everything, the game remains the pleasant surprise of the summer, and asks only to equip itself with new features to challenge the other major multiplayer games of the moment.
