Call of Duty:Black Ops Cold War has implemented a system similar to Warzone.
A ping system that will allow people to communicate essential information regarding the game whether they have a microphone or not. Whether it is for an objective, a weapon or the location of an enemy, it will now be possible to communicate with your team in a multiplayer match.
The layout can be done in different ways with priority buttons such as Bumper Ping or Bumper Ping Tactical which will be available in the in-game settings.
Treyarch has also added a Field of View (FOV) slider on all platforms.
You can change the field of view to your liking in order to have a better gaming experience. That this is the first time that we have seen this kind of system in a console Call of Duty game.
Finally, the HUD can now be modifiedto your personal preference.
This includes the ability to toggle a range of features including enemy and ally health bars, hit markers, reticles, player names, and button hints. You will be the master of your HUD.
All of these changes will be available during the Cold War beta beginning on October 8th.
