Last weekend, a new closed door hidden by an illusory wall was discovered in the remake of Demon's Souls, and despite concerted efforts, the players haven't managed to open it yet. They simply managed to use the photo mode to discover what's behind it: an unknown item on a corpse.
Since the game is on PS5 and not on PC, datamining is much more complicated, especially so soon after the release.
Distortion2, a player and famous speedrunner, tried to use the game's collision management glitches after loading to reach the rooftops and fall on the other side of the door, but the developers were unusually cautious, since the area is literally surrounded by an invisible box through which he couldn't get through, even after several hours.
Funnily enough, Bluepoint Games seems to be keeping a close eye on the situation, since they posted a tweet to tease the many players determined to get through that door, including Distortion2.
In addition, the terms used: "A symphony of rumors..." are the same as in one of their previous cryptic tweets.
One popular theory says that all these elements point to the studio's next remake, which would be none other than the iconic Castlevania: Symphony of the night, from 1997.
Meanwhile, many players are taking the opportunity to ask Sony for a remaster and a port of Bloodborne. Some are even talking of a potential Metal Gear Solid remake.
