Elden Ring Patch Notes 1.03.2: PvP Hack Elimination and Bug Fixes

Along with maintenance, the v1.03.2 patch of Elden Ring is way smaller than the previous one, focusing on technical issues and the exploit that threatened your character.

After an overnight update and maintenance, Elden Ring returns with a new patch, which follows Patch 1.03, and like the latter, you will need to download and install it to play online. Rather minor, this patch does not officially introduce big changes, even if FromSoftware has a bad habit of making dozens of undocumented changes that players often discover in pain, such as the turtle shield nerf.

Probably the biggest part of this update is the fix for the exploit that allowed the invader in multiplayer to teleport the target to an area that causes death on a loop. The other corrections are also welcome, since they concern the Nepheli Loux quests, as well as an area to reach to obtain an excellent dagger and a good talisman, not far from Gurranq at the Dragon Mound. The vines that had to be descended on to obtain them caused the player to die immediately for no apparent reason.

Platforms affected by the patch

  • playstation4
  • playstation5
  • XboxOne
  • Xbox Series X|S
  • Steam

Major changes from Patch Notes 1.03.2 to remember

We have translated and collected the list of changes that deserve your attention, here is the official Patch Notes in English:

  • Fixed a bug that sometimes prevented players from advancing in quests for NPC Nepheli Loux.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the player character to die when trying to descend near the Bestial Shrine.
  • Fixed a bug where Ashes of War Endure would not take effect.
  • Fixed a bug in multiplayer that allowed players to teleport others to incorrect map coordinates.

If you were hoping for more gear balancing, like a Blood River Katana nerf, Seppuku, and bleeding in general in PvP, you'll probably have to wait for the next major update.

Elden Ring: Playing with Sonic is possible!

If there is a character that we would not have thought to see in Elden Ring one day, it is the famous blue hedgehog of Sega, Sonic. Indeed, thanks to the ashes of war, players have managed to create what may well be the most unusual attack in the game.
