The Destroy the Yiga Clan! mission in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity is one of the longest in the game, but it's also one of the most fun and straightforward.
Divine Beasting
The mission begins with Divine Beast Vah Naboris making its way through the Gerudo desert toward the Yiga Clan hideout.
Vah Naboris has a moveable target area, where you can use lightning and rush attacks to clears obstacles. Press L to intercept barrels.
Make your way through the checkpoints to the end of the path and you'll complete this fairly easily. Once you reach the entrance to the Yiga Clan base, you'll be on foot and need to clear three outposts.
Clearing the outposts
Make your way through every outpost in the hideout, where you'll face a Blue Moblin, a Fire Moblin, and other random enemies.
Here's the location of the three outposts. Remember you can press the left control stick to make the mini-map larger. Also, watch for traps as you journey down the skinnier corridors.
The Scout
Once you take care of the outposts, you'll get a new alert about a scout that's in trouble and needs your help. She's located in this part of the map.
When you reach the scout you'll face off against two Yiga Blademasters. Try to group them together when you use special attacks, and watch for moments to use Cryonis.
The Second Scout
Once you defeat the Blademasters, you'll get an alert about a second scout that needs help. She's in the southernmost point on the map – quite a ways to travel.
On the way south to the scout's area, you'll get locked in two rooms with formidable enemies. The first has a Blademaster, and the second has an Electric Moblin.
When you reach the scout, you'll see she's behind bars. Anoter Yiga Blademaster appears. Defeat him to free the scout, who has a key to a secret door. Open the door and follow the new path to meet an old friend.
Sooga's Back
Not unlike a cut lawn, Sooga keeps coming back. This is his hardest iteration yet. He's fast and strong, so use Cryonis when prompted to stop his charging, and remote bombs when he surrounds himself with signs.
Next comes the final fight of the level.
Kohga Returns
Master Khoga is lighting fast this time, and can teleport large distances. Use Magnesis on him to use his giant metal ball against him. Use Cryonis when he charges, and watch out for his rolling ball attack.
When you whittle him down to half strength, Sooga joins him to fight you. Ignore Sooga, and focus your attacks on Kohga. Once you drain his health meter, he will retreat.
