Sooga is the final boss of the Yiga Clan Attacks! mission in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity. He's lightning-quick and has a few nefarious attacks to avoid.
He's manageable, however, because most of his moves are telegraphed you'll have time to dodge and counter-attack.
Be careful when he teleports in the signature Yiga style. Sometimes he'll jump back a few feet and then fire a sword wave attack. Dodge to the left or right and then slash away at his gauge in response.
Another move he uses often is a double-slice rush attack, but you'll know it's coming because he'll charge up prior with a floating red sign. Simply get out of the way and rush him with a few attacks of your own.
Sooga unleashes his strongest attack at low health. The boss surrounds himself with glowing red signs, similar to his sword wave attack.
Now's the time to start looking for Rune prompts. A few remote bombs will stop his larger attack. Keep it up and Sooga will soon fall.
