Craft and Build Your Home: Tips
To start building a house, lay a Workbench, which will determine a buildable perimeter. Then take the Hammer, right click and go to the construction tab. Most basic items only cost two units of wood per unit.
- Do not forget that you can destroy and recover the resources of any element thanks to the Hammer: a click-wheel of your mouse and presto, it's erased.
- We recommend that you find somewhere on the Plains biome to build your first base. A clearing, so you shouldn't have too many obstructions.
- You will need space to put down chests, beds and other workshops. We recommend a construction of at least 5 floorboards by 5.
- If you want to put a campfire in your interior, it cannot be placed directly on the floor. Break a plate with the hammer, then put it down, but be careful, as we will see below, certain conditions are unfavorable for an indoor fireplace.
- Be careful, therefore, not to use a roof with an angle of 28 ° if you want a closed habitat. If your house is too tight, smoke will build up inside and suffocate you.
- By passing the Hammer over an element of your house, you will see its durability gauge appear. The latter can then be repaired with a single click.
- Don't forget to mark your home on the map: open it, click on the house icon, then double-click on the location of your base (you can name it).
- Do not get too attached to your first building: later, you will have access to much more resistant construction materials and will be obliged to set sail for new horizons anyway.

- Resting State: Drastically improves stamina and health regeneration, in proportion to your comfort level. At comfort level 5, a 200% boost applies while you are at home.
