From the small pistol to the grenade launcher, Ethan will have the possibility to use a bunch of weapons to survive in Resident Evil Village. Here's a list of every weapon available in the game.
List of weapons and where to get them
Most of the weapons of the game are put on Ethan's path. However, you can miss the magnum and the grenade launcher.
The first weapon in your possession when you arrive in the village.
In the second house in the eastern part of the village, during the survival sequence.
When arriving on the roofs, after the puzzle with the five bells in the Atelier of Chateau Dimitrescu.
In the workshop locker when searching for the house with the red chimney.
In the lowest house in the Beneviento Garden, after completing the Beneviento House.

After Moreau, unlock the door to the eastern part of the village with the iron insigna key.

New Game + Weapons
Once the Extra Content Shop is unlocked, you will have the possibility to fill the Duke's inventories with new weapons to buy, under certain conditions.
Once the conditions are met, you still have to buy them for tens of thousands of completion points (to be accumulated through challenges).

Complete the story in Hardcore difficulty.
Complete story mode in Village of Shadows difficulty.
Obtain the rank of SS or SSS in all levels of Mercenaries mode.
Weapon upgrades
You will be able to improve the stats of your guns — except for the grenade launcher — with the Duke. It will cost you a lot of money to upgrade a weapon to the maximum.
There are several accessories for your weapon scattered throughout the game, so be sure to look for them.
The New Game Plus also unlocks access to unlimited ammunition, as long as you manage to meet the required conditions.
