Tower of Fantasy is available since August 11, 2022 and this new gacha game lets you experience a futuristic open-world adventure with an MMORPG aspect. On ToF, the summoning system is a bit special and allows you to actually obtain weapons with various rarity levels: N - R - SR - SRR. Attached to these weapons are characters called Simulacrums only for SR and SSR rarities. Today we're looking more specifically at Zero and his Void Cube weapon.

Void Cube Weapon Effects
- Fire : Fully charged weapons ignite the target for 8 seconds on the next attack, dealing continuous damage for 58.00% ATK every second. Ignited targets gain 50% healing effectiveness.
How is Zero/Void Cube played and with whom/what weapon?
Zero (or at least his weapon) is an excellent defense and support unit that focuses on delivering shields to his allies and himself but also healing his team. Although it is correct in solo, it is above all a character / weapon to be used in a group since its help will be significant with the creation of shields, healing, immunity and damage buffs. For your team of 3 mocks/weapons, Zero pairs really well with high damage SSRs like the Samir/Nemesis duo.
- Its strengths : probably the best support in the game currently with shield / healing / buff. Thanks to his Awakening, he can even become an excellent exploration character since he reduces the cooldown of relics (and therefore of the jetpack for example).
- Its weak points : The recharge times are very long and its full potential is only deployed from the 3rd star.
Progression: how to improve Void Cube?
The 6 star levels
Each SR and SSR weapon can progress up to a 6-star level. Initially, your weapon will be at 0 stars and you will therefore have to improve it 6 times to reach the maximum level, but this means that you will have to obtain the same weapon 7 times to improve it.
- 1★: Deals damage and produces a healing orb, which lasts 20 seconds and restores HP to any teammate who picks it up at 60% ATK. 2 second cooldown.
- 2★: Increases base ATK growth of current weapon by 16%.
- 3★: Reduced skill cooldown from 60 seconds to 30 seconds. Restore HP equal to 30% ATK every second while shield is active.
- 4★: Increase base HP growth of current weapon by 32%.
- 5★: Damaging a target also produces a damage orb, which lasts 20 seconds and increases all damage and healing of any teammate who picks it up by 2% for 30 seconds. You can stack it up to 10 times. The skill cooldown is 2.5 seconds.
- 6★: Using a skill grants allies healing orbs and damage orbs equal to the number of Omnium cubes.

Normal
- Normal attack : While on the ground, use the weapon to attack 5 times in a row. Passive: If normal attacks hit targets 6 times, gain 1 cube. It is possible to store up to 5 cubes.
- Omnium Missile : While airborne, use a normal attack to activate the energy within the cube, firing up to 5 missiles and dealing total damage equal to 45.6% ATK + 2. Consumes up to 250 stamina.
Passive: If the explorer has any cubes stored, consume all the cubes to fire Omnium Missiles at the targets and deal damage. - Energy Overflow : While in the air or after jumping once, use the normal attack to trigger Energy Overflow. On landing, launches a shockwave that travels forward, inflicting up to 18% of KTA value +1 to targets in its path.
- Omnium Smash : On the third normal attack, press and hold the normal attack button to trigger Omnium Smash. A pillar of energy knocks nearby targets into the air, dealing damage equal to 52.8% ATK + 3. The pillar lasts 5 seconds and deals damage equal to 22% ATK + 1 to targets close every second.
- Energy Sentinel : Cubes orbiting the Explorer deal damage to enemies equal to 7.5% of their ATK + 1.
- Energy Missile : When the Explorer casts Omnium Missiles and Energy Overflow, their orbiting cubes are also fired, dealing damage to the target equal to 37.3% of the KTA value + 2.
Dodge
- Soul Dash: Dodge just before being hit to trigger a Fantasy, reducing the speed of enemies within range and granting them stun immunity for 0.5 seconds. If the wanderer has less than 5 cubes, each successful dodge has a 40% chance of restoring 1 dodge attempt. Successful dodges do not interrupt normal attack combos. Passive: Gain a cube for each successful aerial dodge.
Void Cube Special Skill
- Omnium Shield : Creates a shield for itself and nearby allies to block up to 800% x ATK damage for 10 seconds, and deal 109.9% x ATK + 6 damage to nearby targets and throw them. Each cube in his possession when this skill is used adds 160% ATK to maximize armor and deplete the cube. Reload: 60 seconds.
Discharge (ultimate)
- Omnium Wave : When the weapon's charge is full or a Fantasy is triggered, remove all debuffs from the wearer and gain 5 cubes by switching to this weapon, then release the 5 cubes with a shockwave. This shockwave deals damage equal to 131.5% ATK + 7 to nearby targets, knocking them into the air. Each cube also deals damage equal to 37.3% ATK + 2. If any allies are nearby, they gain damage immunity for 3 seconds.
Recommended matrices
There are only 4 die slots to put on your weapon. A bit like artifacts, the matrices work in sets: the more pieces of the same set you put, the more the set in question grants bonuses. For Void Cube, it is recommended to put either a 4-piece Zero set on it to further maximize its shields.
