The first Experimental mode was based on the Triple DPS composition. It's now the turn of new balancing experiment on Ashe, Baptiste, D.Va, Mei, Orisa, Sigma, Soldat 76 and Sombra to be tested!

Overwatch: Updates on Experimental mode with Patch 1.45

Experimental is one of the new features that has been brought to the game with the Patch 1.45 in Overwatch. Teams would be able to test new gameplay features and hero updates.

The first test was the Triple DPS, and now it's the turn of balancing changes. Keep in mind that all these are only available in the Experimental mode.

Hero Updates

Ashe

  • B.O.B. is now immune to Sleep
     

Baptiste

  • Exo Boots: Charge time reduced from 1 to 0.7 seconds
  • Regenerative Burst: Cooldown lowered from 15 to 13 seconds

D.Va

  • Boosters: Cooldown increased from 3 to 4 seconds

Mei

  • Ice Wall: Cooldown increased from 10 to 13 seconds 

Orisa

  • Fusion Driver (Primary Fire): Damage increased from 10 to 11

Sigma

  • Gravitic Flux: Ultimate cost reduced 10% + Flight speed increased 30%

Soldier: 76

  • Helix Rockets: Cooldown reduced from 8 to 6 seconds

Sombra

  • Machine Pistol (Primary Fire): Spread decreased by 10%
Overwatch Patch 1.45 is available with Ashe's Mardi Gras challenge and the Experimental Mode

Experimental Mode is now available in Overwatch as well as Ashe's Mardi Gras Challenge. Some heroes have been modified to match the new composition currently being tested: the Triple Damage.
