Codenamed "The Red Door", the game features a glowing keyhole with a maze entwined inside it, potentially suggesting that the game is a psychological thriller with several twists and turns along the way.
The codename is unlikely to have any relation to the actual game title. The codename for Black Ops 3 was "Northwoords" which has no resemblance to the finished product.
