The Black Ops Cold War beta is in full swing, and players have been quick to re-discover the G-Slide mechanic.

Recent Call of Duty titles have been defined by two fundamental aspects - Scorestreaks and movement. Ahead of the release of Black Ops Cold War, the movement was going to change, with it becoming slightly slower.

This may not be the case, as players have discovered an extremely fast way of moving around the map - The G-Slide.

This mechanic has featured in previous Black Ops titles. It allows players to slide off objects in such a way which gives them a boost of speed.

Alongside connectivity issues during the beta, the G-Slide has been one of the main areas of concerns for players taking part.

Thankfully, this exploit has been found in the beta, allowing Treyarch time to rectify the issue before the full release of the game on November 13th.
