The December 8th update for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has gone live across all platforms.
Since the update went live, players have expressed their frustrations surrounding a series of problems that appear to be affecting next-gen consoles.
Some have been unable to play a full multiplayer game due to the game either crashing or freezing while some have yet to receive their weapon mastery camouflages after completing the challenges. Treyarch has said it has fixed the issue but not all players have received it.
Some players are encountering a message that says you have to buy the game in order to play it despite having already purchased the game. A solution has been given for this issue for Xbox Series S | X consoles:
