Season 3 of Warzone has certainly been one of the smoothest in its 14-month history. Previous seasons have been filled with a variety of bugs and exploits, enabling players to exploit mechanics in order to gain an unfair advantage over the opposition.
One of the most notable glitches that has featured in the battle royale is the unlimited Gas Mask glitch. Rather than breaking once it has been depleted, players have found a way to make the Gas Mask invincible, allowing them to roam around the toxic gas that closes in during a match.
Despite the best efforts of developers, the glitch continues to resurface, much to the annoyance of the millions of players that drop into Verdansk and Rebirth Island on a regular basis.
Warzone Season 3 Infinite Gas Mask Glitch
The glitch was discovered on May 10th by Reddit user "kobosil41" who quickly posted a video of a player using the glitch to their advantage.
The video shows the player running around inside the gas armed with a Gas Mask that never breaks, giving them the ability to roam the entire map without taking any damage from the gas.
In response to the video, another player stated that this is "just another day in Warzone," due to the sheer number of issues that have appeared in past seasons.
Will It Be Fixed?
It's likely that Raven Software is aware of the returning Gas Mask glitch and given the significant impact that it can have on a match, it's more than likely that a fix will be implemented into the game as soon as possible.
Until then, be aware that could be players outside of the zone ready to spring a nasty surprise.
