During your research within the Galaxy Group, you will have to help the guardians of the Diamond and Pearl clans by calming the Kings and Queens of each zone. The so-called Nobles are the bosses of Pokémon Legends Arceus and you have surely noticed it, but the fight against them is not quite the same as for the other creatures. In this new Monarch Guide, we're going to focus on Hisui's Electrode.
Electrode, King of Caves
Electrode is the boss of the main mission "A perilous ascent" and this one will require you to move a lot. You'll find him in the Crowned Foothills near the Arena of the Moon. This is also where you will find Hisui's Voltorbs. The area where you face him is large and you may quickly understand why when we see his attacks. Well, let's now look at the information we have about this Monarch.
Now let's talk about the attacks he will have during the clash. There will be three of them, the first of which will have the right to a variant.
First attack
This attack can be related to Élecanon or Boule Élek and it is a ball that Electrode generates and which will follow you as long as the latter does not become stunned or does not create a third one. Because yes, it is possible to be followed by two of these electric spheres. Another version will arrive later and it will be blue and not yellow. He can, of course, launch both. To dodge this attack, you have to run away until the boss makes his third attack to stun him.
Second attack
His second attack will come when he starts shaking. From then on, Voltorbs will drop all over the arena. You will have to dodge them otherwise they will explode and inflict damage on you.
Third attack
The third attack is quite simply an electric discharge around Electrode however this one will follow you by creating an area around him to indicate the range of this attack. You will therefore have to flee until you get out of the area when he throws it. Once the attack is made, he becomes stunned for a few seconds so take the opportunity to initiate a fight.
How to beat Electrode?
Now that we've seen the attacks, here's how to beat him. To do this, you will have to throw your bombs while dodging his attacks. The first will be the most annoying since it won't let you go. You will therefore have to try to time your throws or wait for him to make his third attack to bombard him and reduce his gauge more quickly thanks to the fight. Moreover, to help you in this phase, here are the types to which it is weak.
- Fire (x2)
- Ice (x2)
- Insect (x2)
- Poison (x2)
Due to the Plant type, it loses its weakness to the ground type but a Pokémon of this type will not be affected by its electric attacks. Typhlosion, Coatox, Drascore or Magmar are useful against him.
You are now rid of this boss after this battle rich in explosions. You can now report back to Galaxy Group HQ.
