Some creatures in Pokémon Legends Arceus are more difficult to obtain than others. This is particularly the case for all the new evolutions of Hisui like Kleavor. However, you will encounter this Pokémon from the start of the game in order to appease its Monarch form. Unfortunately, this will not count towards completing your Pokédex! Thus, to obtain it, you will first have to capture a Scyther in order to evolve it later.
Evolve your Scyther into a Scizor
Once you've captured your Scyther (Great Tree Arena in Obsidian Plains or Prehistoric Cave in Crowned Foothills), you can evolve it into either a Scizor or a Kleavor.
- For Scizor , you must use a Metal Skin directly on the Scyther: you can find it in the Rifts or buy it from the Good Deeds Point stand.
Evolve your Scyther into a Kleavor
If you prefer to get a Chopper, you will need to find a new item in the Pokémon license:
- Use an Black Augurite to evolve Scyther into Kleavor.
Note that you will need a Scyther for the side quest number 51 asking you to show a Pokémon with Scythes as an arm. So don't upgrade it right away.
