Lost Ark is the brand new hit MMO published by Amazon games on Steam. This MMOARPG from Korea will ask you to chose a server to play on from the get go and with the current server issues, such a choice can be tricky if you're looking to play with your friends.
There is a way to group with players from other servers and play together though. Only some of the activities can be done this way, and here's a bit more about that:
- You can't add someone from another server to your friend list or guild
- You can't create a pvp premade with someone from another server
- Guild versus guild is server limited
- Stonghold visits are server limited
- You can tag in dungeons in some duties using the Party finder option
Please note that the player needs to be playing on the same Data Center as you (NA West, NA East, Europe etc..)
How to create a party with players from other servers in Lost Ark
By default you'll be able to open the Party Finder menu by pressing M or the key you assigned to it. You can also click directly on the icon beneath your map.
Once in there you can set your party objective and let your friends join before entering content, the system seems to be kind of weird sometimes tho, not showing every party so if that happens, you might want to try again or switch who's creating it.
