Patch 10.4 definitely looks promising. While Teamfight Tactics' meta has been terrorized by the Glacials since the early stages of Set 1, Riot Games finally decided to change the mechanic of the trait in order to bring more control to its randomness.
This cycle update also brings the usual share of champion balance changes.
