For years, Riot Games have supported Pride with rainbow-themed content for League of Legends. Now, with more games under their name, we're getting new content across multiple games for players to personalise their accounts with.
League of Legends
Rainbow Poro Icons are returning, and equipping them will also give homeguard trails to suit!
Each of the Poro Icons and their respective Homeguard trails are made to celebrate a different part of the LGTBQIA+ community, as well as celebrate the diversity within.
The Missions have already started, and players have until the end of June to complete them. These missions can be as simple as playing games, each granting emotes or icons.
Legends of Runeterra
The card game is gaining the Poro Icons too, as well as a new emote and new Guardian.
With an 'Everybody Gets Love!' emote featuring Tyari the Traveler, the star of the show is Ellie the Elephant; a new, colourful Guardian.
The bundle including all the content is available for free on May 19 when Patch 2.8.0 drops!
Teamfight Tactics
Similar to League of Legends, having a Pride icon equipped will give your Little Legend a trail as they move around the Convergence.
Also available are a host of rainbow Booms, accessible for free by completing the "Sun and Moon" mission; which is as simple as having a team with Diana and Leona, and will also grant 200XP for the Reckoning Pass too!
Wild Rift
The mobile game follows suit with its PC brethren, having Rainbow Poro Icons and a rainbow Homeguard trail. This will come on May 24.
It will take two Missions to obtain all the content, the first is to simply play a game which will grant the 7 Rainbow Poro Icons and the Homeguard trail. The second Mission is to play 10 games with a Pride Icon or Homeguard trail equipped, which will grant the Pride 2021 Emote.
That's not all, as Riot have some merch coming out to celebrate and support Pride 2021.
Available from June 1st to July 31st, the collection will have 100% of net proceeds going to the It Gets Better Project. This allows fans to "sport and support the cause with 7 identity options across various items."
The two main projects, outside of normal balance, include creating more Tank item diversity and changing Senna's core items.
