It's now official, Paris Eternal Homestand has been cancelled. Prior to that, an information stated that all show producers are forced to either postpone or cancel all events scheduled at Zénith Paris, up to April 15, 2020. The Parisian Homestand — which was supposed to happen there — was scheduled to take place April 11-12.
The Overwatch League has already been heavily impacted by homestand cancellations in China and Korea — during the first weeks of competition.
We don't yet know what impact this cancellation will have on the rest of the League. The matches will inevitably take place, but we don't yet know on what date, or even if they will take place at Zénith Paris. We can only hope that the situation improves and that the rest of the planned events can take place without any problems and without any health risks.
We'll keep you updated as soon as all the information is available.
