Andrej "babybay" Francisty is one of the Overwatch League veterans. The American Hitscan DPS player had recently announced his departure from the OWL. In a TweetLonger, he expanded on the reasons for his departure, and gave some information about the rest of his career.
He still enjoys Overwatch but the game doesn't thrill him as much as it used to. He said that he has lost much of the desire that brought him to where he is today.
"I do still love Overwatch and it will always have a place in my heart but, it's time to move on for now."
He also has a few words for Atlanta Reign — which he joined in Season 2. He's sure the team will do fine without him and he also hopes that the young players will be able to assert themselves on the competitive scene:
"It's time for them to step up and dominate!"
Babybay also had a few words for his former teammates and teams at Kungarna and SF Shock, as well as everyone he met on the cast and production side of the OWL:
"I wish nothing but the best for everyone. I'm sure I'll keep in contact and see a lot of you again at some point or another."
He also talks about what the OWL has been for him, in terms of his development.
"I personally would not have been able to mature and grow as much as I did had I not been in Overwatch league and moved to LA / ATL."
Even if nothing tells us that, we can only think of a move to Riot Games and their new FPS, Valorant. Rumors say he will join Corey and ZachaREE in FaZe Clan.
